Experience supporting corporate events, technical rehearsals, and live show execution (including supporting show calling) and familiarity with Allen & Heath and Yamaha consoles.

Exposure to video conferencing systems, live streaming workflows and knowledge across core IT disciplines (hardware, software, and networking) troubleshooting AV and IT issues end to end.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable working directly with executives and senior stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, discretion and excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Experience with lighting systems and DMX control for live events and video recording and post‑production workflows for event content.

Industry certifications such as CTS, Dante Level 1, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation.
