PM Line Cook and Bistro Attendant
We are seeking an energetic, food‑passionate team member to support our Bistro operations. This hybrid role combines line cook responsibilities with guest‑facing service, ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming atmosphere and quality dining experience.
You will prepare food to brand standards, craft beverages, and provide outstanding hospitality in a fast‑paced hotel environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to brand specifications and quality standards
Utilize TurboChef and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards
Assist with prep work, stocking, and maintaining kitchen organization
Follow recipes and presentation guidelines
Welcome and connect with every guest; provide friendly and attentive service
Take food and beverage orders and enter accurately into the POS system
Prepare barista‑style coffee and specialty beverages
Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and hotel amenities
Present checks, process payments, and ensure guest satisfaction
Respond promptly and courteously to guest needs
Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area (front and back of house)
Offer assistance to team members to ensure smooth Bistro operations
Fill in where needed to support overall hotel food service operations
Job Requirements
Previous food service, line cook, or restaurant experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and positive demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must be able to pass a background check
