Responsibilities
Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
Working a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week
Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
Tracking studio budget
Addressing day‑to‑day maintenance needs
Processing payroll
Overseeing inventory
Managing 5 front desk shifts
Performing cleaning duties throughout the day, every day
Leading Teacher Trainings
Leading and managing teachers and front desk staff
Schedule
8‑hour shift
Holidays
On call
Weekend availability
Qualifications
Candidates must have a 200‑hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).
Previous management experience is required.
Benefits
Hot 8 Yoga pays 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $500 per month)
