Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth‑driven Director who loves Yoga to join our team. The role involves leading day‑to‑day studio operations, staff management, and maintaining a high‑quality yoga environment.
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, and train teachers and front desk staff
Work a minimum of 40 in‑studio hours per week
Be present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
Track studio budget and payroll
Address day‑to‑day maintenance needs
Oversee inventory and front desk operations
Conduct teacher trainings and lead staff meetings
Schedule
Work 8‑hour shifts
Holidays
Weekend availability
Qualifications
200‑hour RYT certificate
Required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
Previous management experience in a yoga or similar environment
Benefits
Company pays 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
