Role Overview
Jersey Mike's is looking for Crew Members to join our team. This role involves creating food with high quality standards, maintaining a clean restaurant, operating in a fast paced team environment, multitasking with urgency, providing an exceptional customer experience, and understanding key accountability and information principles.
Responsibilities
Create food consistent with Jersey Mike’s high quality standards.
Maintain a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than others.
Work in a fast paced team driven atmosphere.
Multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
Apply full understanding of terms accountability and information.
Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent.
1 year QSR experience preferred.
Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
Must have reliable transportation.
Key Competencies
Excellent menu and product knowledge.
Positive, awesome personality.
Ability to thrive in a fast pace environment.
Desire to improve self and skill sets.
Effective communication with guests.
Participation in all Jersey Mike’s training programs.
Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer.
