Job Description
Mission Pet Health is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our veterinary practices. The role includes managing phone lines, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, handling financial transactions, and providing educational support to pet owners.
Your Impact as a Receptionist
Director of First Impressions : manage multi-line phone system, greet clients, reflect compassionate care.
Seamless Care Coordination : maintain accurate records, manage schedules, handle finances.
Advocate for Pet Health : educate clients on preventative care and services.
Compassion and Empathy : calm presence, respect, treat pets like your own.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Passion for customer service and love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills with calm judgment in stressful situations.
Strong organizational skills; prioritize and multitask in fast-paced environment.
Collaborative, team-first mindset; work independently and with direction.
Experience with veterinary software is preferred. Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays, is required.
