As a Receptionist at Mission Pet Health, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and compassionate experience for our clients and their pets.
Your Impact
Director of First Impressions : Manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients warmly, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Seamless Care Coordination : Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions, keeping the hospital running smoothly and efficiently.
Animal Health Advocate : Partner in pet wellness by educating clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure pets receive the best possible care.
Compassionate Presence : Provide a calming and respectful presence for clients, demonstrating empathy in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
Your Qualifications
A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work both independently and with direction.
Experience with veterinary software is preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
