Responsibilities
Serve as the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients positively, and ensure all interactions reflect compassionate care.
Coordinate seamless care: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
Advocate for pet health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services so every pet receives top‑quality care.
Provide a calming presence: demonstrate empathy and respect in every situation, treating each pet like your own.
Qualifications
Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, team‑first mindset, capable of working both independently and with direction.
Preferred experience with veterinary software.
Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays.
