Receptionist Responsibilities
Manage a multi‑line phone system and greet clients with a positive attitude, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to compassionate care.
Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions to keep the clinic running smoothly and efficiently.
Serve as a key partner in pet wellness by educating clients on preventative care and other hospital services.
Provide a calming presence for clients, demonstrating empathy and respect in every situation and treating each pet like your own.
Qualifications
Passion for excellent customer service and a genuine love for animals.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment and a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
Collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work independently and with direction.
Experience with veterinary software preferred. A flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
