Responsibilities
Instructional
Plan, organize, and implement instructional program aligned with state standards and curriculum guides.
Develop and maintain written lesson plans (daily, weekly, unit).
Deliver effective instruction using varied techniques, materials, and differentiation.
Assess and record student learning, provide feedback, and adjust instruction.
Administrative
Attend school and board meetings, maintain attendance records, and sign in/out.
Maintain clean and organized classroom, supervise students during all activities, and manage field trips as required.
Follow district rules, policies, and schedules, and comply with dress code and conduct standards.
Professional
Engage in professional development, workshops, and literature review to remain current.
Maintain positive relationships with parents and colleagues.
Participate in faculty and system‑wide in‑service programs and support school improvement initiatives.
Personal
Observe professional conduct, maintain health and voice quality, and exhibit self‑control.
Adhere to any additional duties assigned by the superintendent or evaluator.
