Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI

Piper Companies is hiring an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI for a small technology company located in Chantilly, VA. The Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) - TS/SCI will need to have an active TS/SCI Clearance (polygraph is a plus) and is a contract opportunity with potential to convert permanent and does require you to work on site 5 days per week.
Responsibilities

Support the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Assistant Facility Security Officers (AFSOs)
Prepare, review and issue DD254s
Initiate and process security clearances
Perform indoctrinations and program briefings
Act as security administrators for the program
Provide personnel escort for ICD build enhancements (existing and new spaces)
Requirements

Active TS/SCI Clearance
Open to candidates transitioning from physical security to industrial security or those with some industrial security exposure
Experience processing clearances in DISS or experience working with an AFSO is preferred
Compensation

$90,000 - $130,000
Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and sick leave if required by law
