Gunster seeks a highly motivated, organized, and professional individual to act as the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential administrative support for our real estate practice group. You will ensure a warm, professional environment for clients while supporting attorneys with file management, closing documents, and daily clerical duties.

Key responsibilities include:

Relieve receptionist for breaks and lunch by handling incoming telephone calls, greeting all guests, and notifying attorneys and staff of arrivals.

Scheduling conference room space, coordinating catering orders, and representing Gunster pleasantly and professionally.

Preparing, scanning, and organizing closing binders, purchase agreements, and deeds.

Assisting with client intake, opening/closing files, and data entry into document management software.

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a law firm or professional office environment.

Real estate experience is a strong plus but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional client service, communication, and multitasking skills.
