In this role, you support the Site Management Team of an international plant construction project in all administrative and organizational matters. You ensure structured execution of commercial and administrative processes on site and act as a key interface between the project team, external service providers and local stakeholders.
Organizing and coordinating project-related correspondence and general administrative processes on-site
Assisting with the deployment of international staff (including registration, housing, and coordination of external service providers)
Management of the construction site office, including organization of office processes as well as ordering and management of office supplies
Review and recording of timesheets and attendance records, as well as ensuring transparent work documentation
Review, processing, and tracking of invoices, as well as support with project-related commercial processes (e.g., cost control)
Performing translations in the project context (English/Italian)
Maintaining, structuring, and reviewing project-specific documents and work records
Several years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within construction sites, plant engineering or infrastructure projects
Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Structured and independent working style with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
