Key Responsibilities
The Hotel Breakfast Server is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service.
Greet guests warmly and guide them to available seating.
Answer questions about the menu and accommodate dietary restrictions when possible.
Provide prompt and friendly service, ensuring guests have everything they need.
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet or table service area.
Refill food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
Deliver hot or special orders efficiently.
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.
Keep tables, counters, and the buffet area clean and well‑stocked.
Clear used dishes and reset tables quickly.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with the kitchen and hotel staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies.
Break down and clean up the breakfast area after service ends.
Store leftover food properly or dispose of waste as required.
Prepare the area for the next service or shift.
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Ability to prepare and handle food safely.
Willingness to work collaboratively with coworkers.
Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks or guest demands.
Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends & holidays.
