in Bedford, Genesis of Manchester is seeking a professional Service Advisor. This is an opportunity for a customer service expert to transition into a high-earning career within a sophisticated, guest-centric environment.

Competitive package ranging from $65,000 - $120,000 based on performance and CSI.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Advocacy:

Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the Genesis brand's high standards.

Service Management:

Efficiently build, document, and manage repair orders; oversee billing and cashiering with precision.

Technical Consultation:

Act as a subject matter expert on vehicle maintenance, warranty claims, and the Genesis Service Valet program.

Operational Flow:

Collaborate with the shop foreman to distribute work effectively, ensuring technicians' time is maximized and guest vehicles are delivered as promised.

Brand Integrity:

Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and ensure all administrative tasks adhere to manufacturer and company policies.

Qualifications

Professional Presence:

An organized, friendly demeanor with a polished appearance suitable for a luxury setting.

Computer Proficiency:

Strong computer skills are essential. Experience navigating

Dealership Management Software (DMS)

and digital billing systems is highly preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to explain complex technical needs to guests clearly and confidently.

Experience:

A background in high-end customer service or hospitality is encouraged. We value a "service-first" mindset and provide the training necessary for industry-specific success.

Requirements:

A self-motivated, team-oriented approach and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
