Responsibilities
Greet customers and accurately assess service needs
Write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair status
Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and professionally
Maintain strong customer relationships and high CSI scores
Ensure accurate documentation and billing
Follow dealership processes and compliance standards
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
Dealership experience strongly
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Basic automotive knowledge (diagnostics, maintenance, repair flow)
Valid driver’s license
