We’re seeking a skilled, customer-focused Service Advisor who already knows how to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑end dealership environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with professionalism, confidence, and care.
Create and manage repair orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly and transparently.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Exceed customer expectations and maintain top Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Maintain required Audi Academy certifications and contribute to team success.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Audi or luxury brand preferred).
Proven success in achieving service sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Tech‑savvy and comfortable with DMS and CRM systems.
Professional, punctual, and motivated to grow in a performance‑driven team.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
