What the job schedule would look like:

35-50 hours per week

Must have

open availability

for hours of operations 7 AM-9:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Potential – 1+ year of management experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Interest in Business

– Ambition to learn and directly contribute to our success.

Commitment – Willing to grow with us for at least 1–2 years in this role.

Reliability – You have dependable transportation and a strong work ethic.

Communication Skills – You connect well with team members and guests.

Positive Energy – You bring a " Be Better Than Yesterday " attitude to every shift.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example

— working side by side with your team (We all make subs here!)

Deliver outstanding customer service

and coach your team to do the same.

Support management with scheduling, inventory, and ordering.

Maintain high standards for

cleanliness, organization, and operations .

Help control food and labor costs

while driving team performance.

Foster a positive, team-focused culture

and uphold Jersey Mike’s values.

Take full

Accountability

of daily operations as you grow into leadership.

Evaluations & feedback

from our leadership team.

Training Bonuses

are awarded after each phase.

Leadership Path: Shift Leader in Training → Shift Leader → Assistant Manager → General Manager
