Pay: $50,000-$65,000 per year

Responsibilities
As our Service Advisor, you will:
Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs
Serve as the central communication hub for the service department
Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish
Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards
Oversee technician performance and MST usage
Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency
Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals
Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations
Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission‑based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
Basic accounting skills
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Ability to lift 50 lbs
