Position Title: Program Manager

Team: Program Management
Reports to: Director of Program Management
Character of Position
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, tracking, and managing all aspects of programs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain program timelines
Coordinate and lead project kick‑offs
Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally
Project logistics coordination
Primary responsibility for project document and data control
Single point contact with all assigned customers
Participate in daily scheduling meetings
Change control management - financial and document/data
Report of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team
Overview analysis of project financial results
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Personal effectiveness/credibility
Problem solving skills
Effective time management skills
Clear and consistent communication
Experience
5-10 years manufacturing management experience
Aerospace Tooling experience
Enovia experience preferred
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
4‑year degree or equivalent
