Character of Position
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for conducting various tasks to support the Welders, and Weld Fitters.
Responsibilities
General cleaning in the fab shop
Grinding and Deburring weldments
Assist Fitters with set up
Achieve quality and production goals
Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Ability to work with and without supervision
Personal effectiveness/credibility
Clear and consistent communication with team
Multitasking
Requirements
Must be able to work overtime as necessary
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
