We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Seamill Hydro Hotel, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations for both guests and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflows across all departments.
Leading, developing, and motivating the hotel management team.
Managing rotas, staffing levels, and ensuring cost controls are met.
Monitoring and acting on customer feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all hotel operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing operations in a hotel or similar quality venue.
Strong communication skills with a professional and clear approach.
Motivated and results‑driven, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
A strong customer service orientation with the ability to swiftly resolve issues and create memorable guest experiences.
Experience in managing costs and achieving business objectives in hospitality.
