We’re looking for dynamic Bar Service Assistants to join the team and be part of this exciting venue. With multiple positions available, this is your opportunity to help create memorable experiences for our guests.
This role is more than serving drinks, it’s about delivering outstanding hospitality. We want team members with energy, personality, and a passion for exceptional cocktails and guest service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver dynamic, warm, and friendly service at our new bar, whether crafting cocktails, serving Champagne, pouring beers, or preparing tea and coffee.
Consistently uphold the highest standards of service, drink preparation, and bar organization, always striving to exceed guest expectations.
Confidently guide guests through the menu, sharing expert knowledge of classic cocktails, Champagne, wines, and spirits.
Be meticulous in your drink preparation, accurately measure, follow recipes, and ensure every drink is presented flawlessly.
Maintain a clean, well‑organized, and fully stocked bar, including prepping fresh ingredients for seamless service.
Upsell confidently and motivate fellow team members to seize every opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
Create a luxurious atmosphere and make every guest feel welcome, offering warm, professional, and attentive service to ensure they feel valued throughout their visit.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong bartending skills with a passion for cocktails and premium service.
Experience in a similar role is ideal, but a positive attitude, high standards, and a great personality are essential.
Previous training in Mixology, WSET, Whisky Training or similar are advantageous.
Calm, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Organised, punctual, and with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
Sociable and confident when interacting with both guests and your team.
Pride in your work and a genuine desire to be the best at what you do.
A positive, “can do” attitude, eager to learn and grow.
A willingness to work hard, support your team, and enjoy the buzz of service.
Must be 18 years old or over.
