
Front Desk/Sales Representative

Pure Barre is a nationwide boutique‑fitness franchise that is expanding its team. We are looking for a qualified Sales Representative who will focus on driving new membership sales, delivering excellent customer service, and continuing to grow the Pure Barre community.
Position
The Sales Representative works with the General Manager to bring new members into the studio, build and maintain relationships, guide prospects through the sales process, and support ongoing member satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Execute lead generation, follow‑up, and closing of sales.
Conduct studio tours, establish relationships, and assess individual goals and needs.
Present and articulate available services to prospective and current members.
Schedule quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
Promote the club at special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community and hospital events).
Develop and demonstrate effective selling skills.
Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
Follow up and complete activities with prospective clients.
Manage inventory for retail clothing and other items.
Attend and complete all required training programs.
Photograph the studio for social media platforms.
Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
Self‑motivated and able to take initiative.
Comfortable learning and using the ClubReady software system.
Strong verbal, written, and email communication skills.
Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Authorization to work in the United States required.
