Position: Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3
Location: Elkton, Maryland
Reports to: Logistics Supervisor
Relocation assistance: None. Clearance required: Secret. Travel: None.
Responsibilities
Job Summary: Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, functions within all activities relating to distribution, receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and inventory control.
Pulling and staging orders.
Deliveries throughout the plant.
System and physical inventory transactions.
Performs tasks to ensure safety, organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Assists in conducting cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
Forklift operations/license.
Valid driver's license.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least 4 years of experience or a combination with related education.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction and supervision.
Basic computer skills.
Must have a positive, hard‑working attitude.
Ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Lifting and placing items that weigh up to 45 pounds.
Must be able to obtain a secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Primary Level Salary Range: $53,500.00 - $89,100.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
