Evening & Weekend Member Experience Supervisor

A local wellness center is seeking a Supervisor on Duty in Mandan, ND, to deliver excellent service to members and ensure facility guidelines are enforced. Responsibilities include monitoring the facility, addressing issues promptly, and assisting with member check-ins and tours. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage emergencies.
