Facility/Gymnasium/Wellness Supervisor (Longview) Part-Time (Summer/Seasonal)
Williamson County Parks and Recreation is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to serve as a Part-Time (Summer/Seasonal) Facility, Wellness & Gymnasium Supervisor at the Longview Recreation Center. This position is responsible for overseeing evening and weekend operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor activities and events within the facility and gymnasium
Oversee operations of the wellness/fitness center
Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons and assisting with questions
Conduct facility tours and provide new member orientations
Enforce facility policies and safety procedures
Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of the facility
Address and report any issues, incidents, or maintenance concerns
Minimum Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule
Successful completion of a background check is required
Schedule
Evening shifts and one weekend shift required
Minimum of 3–4 shifts per week (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
This is a summer/seasonal position
