Job Summary
The Casino Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising the daily operations of Slots, Casino Beverage, and Table Games, ensuring courteous, timely, and exceptional service is delivered by team members to all guests. The Casino Operations Supervisor oversees the activities of the casino floor to ensure an efficient, compliant, and profitable gaming environment, while ensuring guests have a favorable gaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support team member development with training programs, established methods, procedures and guidelines, and high‑quality service.

Achieve desired results by developing team members through training programs and established methods, procedures, and guidelines to maintain high quality‑service standards, and monitor performance through ongoing inspection, evaluation, and analysis.

Build guest relations through visibility to customer, soliciting and requesting feedback, and responding to guest concerns appropriately and professionally to resolve any issues.

Maintain communication between departments, promote guidance for teamwork, encourage employee ideas and feedback, and mentor and instruct team members.

Ensure overall integrity of daily operations, compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policy procedures.

Perform slot attendant, beverage server, bartender, or bar‑back job responsibilities during shifts as applicable.

Assist Table Games as needed.

Familiarize with all Caesars Brand programs, systems, promotions, and events.

Coordinate workflow during shifts to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.

Represent the company positively and encourage others to do the same.

Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must possess excellent communication skills, including tact when dealing with difficult guests, and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language.

Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co‑workers, guests, and vendors.

Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability.

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

High‑School Diploma or GED required.

Bachelor’s degree or previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Two years of experience in slot or beverage operations preferred.

Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.

Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.

Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.

Proven supervisory and problem‑solving skills with the ability to exercise independent judgment within established policies.

Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Additional Physical Requirements

Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.

Walk, stand, and use hands repeatedly to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.

Work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended periods.

Work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Work with the public in a professional manner.

Exposure to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights, and loud noise environments while performing duties.
