Service Advisor

Hyundai of Greenville is searching for a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for relaying information between technicians and customers, selling maintenance and repairs, and setting and following a timeline for repairs while adhering to quoted estimates. You will work hand in hand with customers, and the Service Manager, as well as express and line technicians.

Computer and software proficiency
Valid driver license with acceptable driving record required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
A basic understanding of automotive technology
Experience with CDK DMS is preferred
Education and Experience:
High School or Technical School diploma.
Valid driver license and clean driving record.
One or more years of previous OEM service advisor experience required.
