Partner with spa management to maintain a comprehensive understanding of all spa positions and functions.
Promote guest relations, manage payroll, scheduling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Oversee administrative duties, staff development, address associate interests, and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment.
Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Computer system knowledge.
