The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can partner closely with parents, providing updates and working together to support the child’s growth and daily routine. Experience with toddlers is essential, along with a genuine understanding of early childhood development and a passion for fostering learning through play and thoughtful interaction.Key Responsibilities:
Provide age-appropriate educational stimulation, including reading, sensory play, outdoor time, and hitting developmental milestones.
Maintain a clean and organized nursery, play area, and family room.
Handle all laundry for the baby (washing, drying, folding, and putting away).
Assist with light household tasks related to the child (e.g., tidying the kitchen, loading the dishwasher, keeping common areas tidy).
Prepare healthy, age-appropriate snacks and meals for the toddler and occasional meal prep for the family.### Qualifications At least 5 years of recent professional nannying experience
Must be legal to work in the US
Must be local to the DC-metro area (DC, MD, VA)
Licensed driver with a clean driving record & car
Must be Covid-vaccinated with recent vaccine or Booster
Must be up to date on TDAP and flu vaccinations
