About STMA Schools:
We are a district that serves over 6,300 students and employs 850 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district includes one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1‑4, two middle schools for grades 5‑8, and one high school for grades 9‑12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Head Boys Basketball Coach will oversee our boys basketball program. Responsibilities include advising, coordinating and supporting participants, building a competitive schedule, coordinating tournaments, and working with the booster club.
Schedule
Monday‑Friday, 3:30‑6 PM, and some evening/weekend competitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching or participation in basketball.
Compensation
Stipend Starting Salary Range:
$6,640‑$7,293, according to Group 1 of Schedule C of the Certified Master Contract 2025‑2027.
Benefits
No benefit eligibility other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
