Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join its client's Older Adults Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, and delivering mental health services to older adults, ensuring their well‑being and promoting their independence.

What will your responsibilities be?

To manage a caseload of complex mental health clients within the older adult service,

Providing health and social care interventions. This will include commissioning care packages,

Safeguarding investigations and monitoring mental state for relapse and recovery.

The role also requires the candidate to be on the Central AMHP team rota providing assessment and co‑ordination under the Mental Health Act.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have,

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence

Post‑qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
