In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, trailers, yard tractors, cars, pickups, vans, and garage equipment. Your expertise will help ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet, keeping our operations running smoothly.**Required Qualifications*** Experience: 6-12 months in a garage setting or relevant vocational training* Technical Proficiency:
+ Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
+ Experience with tire/wheel breakdown, assembly, balancing, and alignment
+ Able to perform diagnostics on electrical, fuel, lubrication, and brake systems, as well as repairs on differentials, clutches, suspensions, transmissions, and steering
+ Familiar with trailer repair procedures* Tools: Must have tools to support general Class 8 truck and trailer repairs* Physical Requirements: Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly* Communication: Effective oral and written skills for team collaboration* Documentation: Competent in processing and documenting information* Certifications:
+ ASE Medium/Heavy Duty certification (within one year of hire)
+ EPA air conditioning certification (within 30 days of hire)
