We are looking for an engaging and service‑driven Host to join our immersive dining and entertainment experience at Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui.

What you will do:

Lead the dining experience with poise and personality, bringing each chapter of the journey to life through dynamic guest engagement and performance‑driven hosting.

Ensure every part of the guest journey runs seamlessly from pre‑arrival to post‑experience.

Uphold smooth and efficient operations in alignment with the immersive dining concept and service standards.

Manage guest expectations professionally and contribute to a consistently exceptional experience.

What you should have:

Fluent, clear spoken English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.

Strong communication and public‑speaking skills; experience in hosting or stage is preferred.

A warm, engaging presence that connects naturally with guests.

A genuine passion for creating memorable immersive experiences.

Well‑organised and detail‑oriented, ideally with hospitality or F&B backgrounds.
