(Baton Rouge, Louisiana): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join a professional landscaping and lawn service team. This role is ideal for an individual with hands‑on landscaping experience and strong teamwork skills who can contribute effectively in a fast‑paced outdoor environment.
Essential Duties
Perform landscaping tasks including pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as zero‑turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and weed eaters
Work efficiently in various weather conditions, including heat and cold
Assist with general lawn maintenance and landscape improvement projects
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job completion
Requirements / Skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous landscaping experience is a plus
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of horticulture practices and standards preferred
Experience using landscaping tools and gardening techniques
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate a truck with a trailer attachedStrong work ethic and reliability
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.)
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating equipment
