Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute a variety of menu items with consistency and attention to detail.
Work with fresh ingredients, including salads, pastries, and specialty items.
Operate and cook using a fire oven (experience with artisan or wood-fired pizzas preferred).
Assist with menu development and daily specials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef required.
Strong background in pastries, fire oven pizzas, and fresh cuisine.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
