Strittmatter Companies started in 1978, and continues to be a family owned and run business. We specialize in site development, excavation, and demolition. We have multiple jobsites in DC, MD, and Nova. The company has immediate openings in both Manassas Park, VA and Brandywine, MD for CDL Dump Truck Drivers.
Responsibilities
Operate Roll off, Dump trucks and other heavy equipment safely on construction sites.
Transport materials such as gravel, sand, and concrete to designated locations.
Conduct pre-trip inspections and perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating heavy machinery.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed, utilizing relevant equipment like loaders and backhoes.

Dump Truck Driver Qualifications
Commercial Driver's license (class A or B).
Clean driving record (NO citations for reckless driving, aggressive driving, DUI, etc.)
Minimum of two-years of experience operating a dump truck, concrete mixer, trash truck, lowboy, Commercial Wreckers, and Over the Road drivers
Valid Department of Transportation Medical Card (DOT card).
Be at least 25 years of age.
Excellent communication and teamwork
Willingness to work in all weather conditions
Must successfully complete drug screening and background check
