Currently, Sauder Woodworking has 1st shift openings in our packing areas. As additional positions and backup opportunities open, you will be considered. This includes machine operating, forklift operating, and order picking. Please specify skill capabilities and shift preferences on your application so that we can better assist in finding you opportunities with Sauder.
1st shift packing starts at $15.50/hour (2nd & 3rd shifts have a $2 shift premium). We also offer two performance-based increases in the first year.
EXPERIENCE
No experience necessary, we will train you!
Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Run and monitor production in order to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.
Perform computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
Maintain area according to 5S policy.
Other duties as assigned

Ability to listen to others and communicate ideas in a constructive manner.
Ability to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.
Self-motivatedandpositiveattitude.
