Experienced Manufacturing Team Leader Opportunity

What You'll Do
Lead and support daily shop-floor operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Train, coach, and support team members on standard work, safety procedures, and production processes.
Execute daily production plans, including filling in for critical roles and resolving production or staffing issues.
Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement through audits, inspections, corrective actions, and process enhancements.
Communicate and coordinate with team members, leadership, and support functions; oversee operations in the Production Leader's absence.
What You'll Bring
35 years of related manufacturing experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
Willingness and desire to lead, train others, and serve as a positive role model for safety and teamwork.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on quality and organization.
Ability to learn and support multiple roles within a production cell or line.
High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills with a willingness to continue learning.
