Candidates must have a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC), their own MA‑compliant firearm, and duty belt. Strong communication and de‑escalation skills are required, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:45 am‑5:00 pm.

Job Summary:
Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols
Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance
Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions
Monitor closed‑circuit television for potential issues
Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere
Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Must be 21 years old
Must have valid armed license where required
Strong commitment to the well‑being of others
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and applications
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of related experience
Active Armed Security license
Valid Driver's License
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours
Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Must stay alert at all times
