What You’ll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor and contractor processing in accordance with site policies and security‑related procedures.
Complete required reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
