We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and service-focused Pool Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and delivers exceptional hospitality with a positive attitude.See Less## Main Responsibilities (But Not limited to)* Set up and arrange umbrellas, loungers, and poolside furniture daily* Ensure the swimming pool, surrounding deck, furniture, and facilities are clean, organized, and safe* Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit* Ensure members and guests sign in into the log* Distribute towels, assist with shade setup, and accommodate guest requests* Clear used towels, glassware, and trash in a timely manner* Monitor guest activity to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment* Enforce all pool safety rules and facility policies* Report any damages, maintenance needs, or incidents to a supervisor promptly* Conduct daily inspections of the pool area and assist in managing the cleaning schedule* Take guests food and drink orders and deliver to pool side* Support overall pool operations as needed* Manage Slide Operations by following Training and SOPsArcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Arcis participates in E-Verify, the government program that certifies an employee's right to work for us in the U.S.
