Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and service-focused Pool Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and delivers exceptional hospitality with a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and arrange umbrellas, loungers, and poolside furniture daily
Ensure the swimming pool, surrounding deck, furniture, and facilities are clean, organized, and safe
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Distribute towels, assist with shade setup, and accommodate guest requests
Clear used towels, glassware, and trash in a timely manner
Monitor guest activity to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
Enforce all pool safety rules and facility policies
Report any damages, maintenance needs, or incidents to a supervisor promptly
Conduct daily inspections of the pool area and assist in managing the cleaning schedule
Take guests food and drink orders and deliver to pool side
Support overall pool operations as needed
Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong verbal communication and guest service skills Ability to lift and move pool furniture and equipment as required Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor Either have or be willing to obtain a food handlers permit
