You don’t need trade experience—just bring:

6 months of general work history
(preferred)
Weekend availability
Reliable transportation
to job sites
Ability to
travel occasionally to neighboring states
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a great attitude
Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
Valid driver’s license
Bonus (not required):
Fast learner with a team‑first mindset
Comfortable with physical, active work and heights
Familiarity with construction tools or OSHA 10
️ What the Job Is Like
This is an
active, hands-on role . You’ll:
Lift and carry
15–50 lbs
Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work at heights
Use tools and painting equipment
Train to safely operate
boom lifts
