What You’ll Do
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
Answer and direct phone calls
Screen and monitor facility entry
Sort and distribute mail
Maintain records and assist with basic administrative tasks
Support payment processing and cash handling
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and office equipment
Cash handling and basic math skills required
Interest in working with older adults
Prior experience in customer service or senior living preferred
Schedule
Tuesday & Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9 AM – 1 PM
