Seasonal Restaurant Supervisor

The Seasonal Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for leading daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient workflow, and adherence to club standards. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage management team to support staff, maintain service excellence, and drive overall member satisfaction during peak season.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support front-of-house team members during service
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service goals
Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and overall presentation
Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Support onboarding and training of new team members
Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and club policies
Qualifications
Previous restaurant supervisory or hospitality leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and guest-focused mindset
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
