Job Description
Work Schedule:
2-3 hours Monday-Friday for practice. Various nights and weekends are also required for games.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Assist coaching staff in running a competitive baseball program.
Attend all practices and coach at an individual, small group, and team level.
Model sports-like behavior and maintain appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators.
Follow and maintain knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
Abide by strict confidentiality at all times.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A current Iowa Department of Education coaching authorization.
Concussion certification.
Experience coaching baseball at the high school level preferred.
Compensation
$1,414 season stipend
