JOB OVERVIEW
Primoris Renewable Energy is a forward‑thinking organization committed to developing the next generation of industry leaders. The Compliance Technician will classify, store, maintain and monitor program files for the Labor Compliance Apprenticeship team. They will coordinate with office and site staff to gather and maintain proper documentation related to compliance. The Compliance Technician will identify best practices and make recommendations on process improvement. They will support and document all apprenticeship program related activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Track and maintain digital files of apprentice activities and performance
Coordinate with site and office staff to ensure proper documentation is complete and submitted
Monitor documentation and files to ensure compliance with DOL and company policy
Perform data entry in a timely and efficient manner
Perform Orientation Training with new hires on site
Assist Project Coordinators and Compliance Specialists with administrative duties
Work with Union Locals, Union Business Agents, and Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAP) in the area to acquire and maintain apprenticeship documentation
Run B2W reports and assist Site admin with other logs required for apprenticeship program
Additional duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
Experience with data entry
Experience using multiple software platforms to track & manage data and providing accurate reporting
Detail oriented, strong task management and organizational skills
PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
Adept at problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making
Strategic, innovative, and forward thinking
High level of initiative and self‑motivation

$27-28/hour, dependent on experience, qualifications, and education
Physical Requirements
Must comply with client safety requirements (e.g., clean-shaven, long sleeves, steel‑toe boots).
Must pass a physical exam if required.
Able to:
Climb and maintain balance on ladders, scaffolding, and stairways.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work at heights or in confined spaces (e.g., towers, vessels, excavations).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. (Use assistance for heavier loads).
Stand or walk for extended periods on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel).
Must be able to wear a respirator and other PPE when required.
Work Location
Industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops.

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule and is dependent upon experience, qualifications and competencies.
