The Candidate must be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of administrative principles and practices in a broad array of accounting and administrative assignments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes AP vendor invoices and statement reconciliations
Resolves billing issues with consultants and vendors
Issues monthly consultant billing authorizations, and acts as a backup for issuing work authorizations
Collect, input, and maintain new vendor/firm information
Distributes, and processes expense reports
Prepares client pay applications, and submits to client for approval
Resolves billing issues with the clients, including some collections
Issues monthly reports
Additional accounting & administrative duties are required
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Associate’s degree or higher or in the process of obtaining a degree
Accounting, AP, AR background or education is a plus
EXPERIENCE
This is an entry level position and requires some office experience
Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or Vision) is a plus
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong computer proficiency, specifically with Excel
Good planning and organizational skills; problem solving skills; decision making skills
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of team
